The Distress of Sleepless Hours

Restlessness can grip you like a vice during the night. Every noise becomes amplified, every shadow takes on a menacing form. You toss and turn, your thoughts swirling, desperate for some elusive tranquility. Sleep, once a more info gentle sanctuary, has become a distant fantasy. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity of suffering.

We seek for an/a/some escape, a place/safety/shelter where the pain/suffering/anguish can fade/disappear/evaporate, but often/always/sometimes the darkness persists/holds tight/remains. It's in these moments of isolation that we must find/create/forge our own/internal/personal light/strength/will. We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

An Heavy Blanket of Insomnia

Insomnia acts as heavy weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, searching for sleep to come. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity ridden anxieties and frustration. This lingering state of wakefulness transforms you into a prisoner in your own bed.

Craving for Sweet Oblivion

The clutch of oblivion was a siren's call, a whispered promise of escape. To succumb in its depths was to silence the incessant noise of existence. The life's sharp edges dissolved under the spell of its calm.

To truly long oblivion was to plead for a passing respite from the cruelty of being.
